    THIS SERVICE INCLUDES

    • Get American Sign Language interpreters remotely in any location. Remote interpreting works for on-site or remote event(s).
    • We give you interpreters certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) to ensure high quality service.
    • Make your event, class or meeting accessible for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing Community.
    • Seamlessly integrated with ZOOM, TEAMS, and other platforms.
    • Be confident your event will run smoothly. We set up 10 minutes early for your convenience and peace of mind.
    • Let us know if you need more preparation time. Additional fees may apply.
    • You get a set-up session called a “Walk-Through” with our trained tech support staff to ask questions, to vet solutions, or to include your team members in the planning of your event.
    • Decades of experience are at your disposal for up to 1 hour.
    • Get live, hands-on tech support for the first hour of your scheduled services. Upon request, we will monitor the first hour to ensure everything starts smoothly, and that everyone is logged in properly, and that equipment is working as it should. This extra step allows you to avoid glitches or complications and be 100% sure nothing has been missed.
    • Enjoy our decades of expertise as if we were your in-house resource. Use us to explore customized solutions, brainstorm with your team, or to assist during your event.
    • Download your complementary transcript within 48 hours or less.
    • Upon request, a personalized Zoom link will be created and provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
    • Your dedicated Client Relationship Manager will work with you and your team to seamlessly schedule your event in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
    • Get access to our 24/7 technical support hotline for events outside standard working hours.
    • Get access for multiple end users during events with audiences. Additional fees may apply.
    • Cancel with at least a 72-hour notice to avoid charges.
